SA Under 19s win toss & bat against Sri Lanka

January 21 2017 – THE  Coca-Cola South Africa Under-19s have won the toss and elected to bat first in their fourth appearance of the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Youth Triangular Series at Boland Park on Saturday.

After a five-wicket loss to Zimbabwe on Thursday, two changes have been made to the squad; Ruan de Swardt and Akhona Mnyaka come in for Jason Niemand and Siphamandla Krweqe.

South Africa and Sri Lanka have both won two matches and are both on 10 points in the log. The hosts top the table by virtue of a superior net run rate but need a win today to cement their place in the final.
